What we do

Plenty of companies build cost-effective PPC execution teams overseas — often in India — only to hit the same wall: the team can execute, but there's no one senior enough to set strategy, catch mistakes, or push performance further.

We act as that missing management layer. Not an agency that takes over your accounts — a consultant who sits above the team you already have, directs their work, and is accountable for the output.

What's included

  • Weekly account audits and QA on campaigns run by your offshore team
  • Setting strategy, targets and testing roadmaps your team executes against
  • Direct management of your India-based (or other overseas) PPC staff
  • Reporting up to you or leadership in plain English
  • Training and upskilling your existing overseas hires

Common questions

Do you manage the PPC platforms directly, or just the people?

Both, depending on what's missing. In most cases we're directing strategy and QA'ing what your overseas team builds in-platform.

We already have an agency. Why would we need this too?

Different job. An agency usually replaces your team. This is for companies who've already hired execution talent overseas and just need someone senior managing that team.

What countries/teams have you worked with?

Most commonly India-based staff hired via staff augmentation or EOR models, but the same gap shows up with teams in the Philippines and South America.

How is this priced?

Consultant model — a fixed monthly retainer for senior oversight and management hours, scaled to team size. Not a % of ad spend.

Do you replace our offshore hires if they're underperforming?

Not by default. Most "underperformance" is a lack of oversight, not a skills gap. If a hire genuinely isn't working out, we'll tell you plainly.
